Yes sure, I've been neglecting my diary, i think because my dieting progress has stalled for a while now, well actually i've put on weight this last 6 months :( i'm still well down on my starting weight though. Yep will start to update my diary again, even if it's just once per week or once per month like i used to. It'll probably help too, i know it did in the early months of dieting. Good luck in concentrating on your health in 2024.

Thank you. If I didn't post in my diary if I hadn't lost weight it would be a very brief diary. It keeps me from straying altogether. I will look forward to your updates. I just like to hear how people are doing, not just their weight.

Best wishes for the New Year to everyone, I hope 2024 is a good year for your health, I've come to realise over the years our health is so important. For me, being in reasonably good health (could lose some weight of course), I consider myself so lucky.

1st January 2024 - 241 lbs.

Last time I weighed was Dec 19th and I was 238.2 lbs.

Didn't weigh this morning so using yesterday's weight. Electricity is fixed and we're kinda back to normal now.
 
Well done on those steps! I was getting about 5k fairly regularly a while back but the last month or 2 it's more like 4-4.5k when I check.

Thanks. I'm trying to keep it between 4 and 5000 is possible at the moment. May not make it today. It's supposed to be rainy. I'll have to see what I can get in.
