And I know that feeling too... although I am always surprised how fast it goes away and the binge urge returns. We need to figure out how to control that binge demon, I think posting here is helping me, but not cured for sure.
It's a tough one for sure. I have good intentions and do well all day then relent in the evening. Haven't been weighing everyday, haven't been too busy etc, i've just not bothered to do it, probably because I knew the scales would bring me bad news.

Yeah, I know how that feels, it seems weight goes up slowly, kind of like how it goes down slowly. Best of luck with your dog, caring for an old dog can be hard.

I'm right there with you. I'm not really hungry much though. I did have 2 sodas yesterday. So that's 2 in about 3-4 weeks. I'm pretty much off of them altogether and don't enjoy them anymore. I drink green tea and water mainly. Lots of stresses. The more I stress, the more I go for walks lol.

I keep thinking of that old Huey Lewis and the News song "It's Hip to be Squared". My left side of my body is a little smaller than my right side, so when i stand I'm actually leaning slightly to the left. Lately, when I walk a lot my hips hurt.

Quality of Life changes for the New Year:

1) Wedge Pillow - supposed to restrict the flow of acid back into my throat; lessen chances of choking; sleep better
2) Face Exercises - going to look for new exercises to help with my quadruple, triple, double chin
3) Posture Exercises - posture is better. going to look to make sure I'm doing the proper ones I need. spine is fairly curved still.
4) Bedtime - wait at least 2 hours after eating before going to bed. should help with reflux.
5) Yoga and stretching - can't stand either, but there are a lot of benefits to both
6) Workout - Split workout from everything in one day to yoga, stretching, face exercises, posture exercises to their own day. so basically 6 days a week, but each day will be a lighter workout than now.
7) Workout - look to see if I need to change up my routine. Are there some better ones for my problem areas? Some exercises I really hate. Maybe, I can find some alternatives that are more enjoyable. Lost 6 inches this past month.

That's all I can think of for now. Anyone else making any changes coming up?

Good job! Looks like your weight is coming down!
Thanks. After choking, I'm kinda afraid of eating, but this is as good of a time as any to try and go down again. I've worked out for 12 weeks or so and built some muscle. I was eating normal during that time so didn't go up or down much. Now, I'm ready to eat my way again. Food allergies suck.
