20 days without binge... but barely, yesterday was marginal
We got the water partially fixed. Kitchen sink is sorta fixed. We turned on the water and it was coming out in the backyard. Ugh, gotta do some digging today before it starts raining this afternoon.
Good news I guess... was it cold enough to freeze your buried pipes?

Have no idea why I'm up. Same as always except I "felt" like I was going to be down this morning. Ugh lol. I did mow yesterday and I felt cold, restless, and achy all night long. Typical post mowing symptoms. The lady across the street was having problems with her lawn mower so I mowed it for her, for free. :)
 
Good news I guess... was it cold enough to freeze your buried pipes?
When the pipes froze the temperature was between, I dunno, 8-25 degrees for like 3 days in a row. So we didn't get above freezing at all for 3 days. The pipes burst the first day. This is a problem. My two brothers, half brothers now, are supposed "carpenters" or "handymen". Well, they do a bad job and never complete anything, but claim they are doing it 100% right and everyone else is stupid. Don't even get me started.

Well anyway, after digging for the leak yesterday, I found out that these "buried pipes" were only down 1 inch. Yeah, that's right, they are on the surface with no protection. I was told they'd be down about 1-2 feet so wouldn't freeze so that'd be odd. Well, they aren't even down 2 inches.

Your weight is much more stable than mine, I can go up or down 2 or 3 pounds day to day for no reason I can see. I wouldn't worry about it, you will be down again.

Good for you, lots of mowing! It will be at least a couple of months before I will be doing any.

Yep, that's a problem. I think you live near Dallas, your frost safe depth should be 10 inches or so. Pipes don't need to be deep, but exposed or just a few inches isn't enough. Our frost depth is about 40 inches.

Just checking in to see how you guys are doing? Well it seems. I've not weighed for several days so have no update but diet has been mostly bad, will weigh in tomorrow. I'm missing my twice daily walks with Tyke, my physical activity has plummeted although I am keeping my mind occupied.

Not as many steps yesterday. Worked most of the day on water and then it rained in the afternoon. We patched 2 leaks so far and it was only dripping a little bit, so we were able to leave the water on and do some dishes, eat at home for a change, wash clothes, and take baths.

I'll check on it again today and see how it goes.

Didn't feel very well yesterday. It felt like a very bad allergic reaction to something. 4 x bathroom breaks accounts for the big loss overnight. Went to bed last night about 7:30 with chills. Under blankets. Finally started feeling better about 2am.

I got a haircut. They have big mirrors at the barber shop. It was so depressing. My boobs are sagging. I'm hunched over and I look like a walrus. If I were English, my chin would be a double decker bus. LOL. Gotta maybe change up my exercise routine and I'm going to switch over to what sis is doing for weight loss. She's down to 235 now.

I know that feeling lol! Being this overweight is not a good look! I think a bit of fat looks ok on people but not this much. Well done on your weight I see you're down to 248 lbs, you're close to me now.

Well I'm trying my sister's approach. We are still trying to figure out what causes us gain, how to maintain, and what it takes to lose. We can do this! And so can you!
