Had an awful few days diet wise as you can see. I'm sitting here now this morning with my stomach actually aching slightly because of the amount of rubbish I ate last night. My aim now is to not be heavier on the 31st Oct than I was on the 1st.

Worked out yesterday so not much in the way of steps. Trying to not walk as much on those days. I crashed bad the other day from doing too much in a day and it wasn't good. I gotta build back up again. Evidently, I don't do well with polyester. A while back my sister got me 2 tshirts that had wicking technology build in to them. They were great wearing when it was so hot, but I got the worst rashes under my arms. So I finally got the rashes under control and tried the shirt again a few days ago and bingo, the rash under my arm is back. Comfortable shirts and really help with the sweating, but just not for me. I've never had a rash like this under my arms in my entire life.

That's a lot of rain, don't think we have ever had a 4 inch day here. Used to get them in Florida, not often.
