Had a mini drama last night and had to wake up in the night to see to it (nothing bad) and after i'd dealt with it an eating biscuits thought briefly entered my head but i didn't follow through, i did eat some cheese which is ok as it's low carbs.

I ate a sandwhich with white bread last night so deviated from doing low carbs, so although not a binge it wasn't ideal.
