Surprised i haven't gained more than i have.
Real weight gain or loss is slow, one or two binges won't cause a lot of gain, just like a few days of good dieting won't cause much loss. I do tend to gain a lot of water weight after a binge, it takes a few days to go away...

Real weight gain or loss is slow, one or two binges won't cause a lot of gain, just like a few days of good dieting won't cause much loss. I do tend to gain a lot of water weight after a binge, it takes a few days to go away...
But what a streak though! 19 days wasn't it. Think the most i've recently managed is 7.

No binge yesterday but didn't eat great so the weight gain isn't that surprising, got to be careful I don't end this month heavier than when I started it.

Well I had gained unexpectedly the day before so that was part of it. Back is still not good and I'm kinda sick with allergies and stuff. ran a little fever last night so not feeling well. allergy-wise this is the worst time of year for me.

Oh that's not good. I'm lucky in that I don't seem to have any allergies that I know of. I do still have a lingering build up of phlegm on my chest that has persisted since having covid last month and a slight cough.

Binged in the evening as usual unfortunately and it was pretty big binge too.

New target : to be lighter on October 1st than I was on September the 1st. I'm going to do it.

Diet good in daytime and evening. I did succumb to midnight/early morning biscuits when i briefly woke up, but not in binge quantities.
Steps low because i was sat on my backside attempting to learn Python for several hours.
