Sure you can. There have been more times in my life where my "example" was not something you'd want to follow.

I suggest trying writing down and reporting here what you are eating. Even if it's a binge. That's one thing that helps me.

This is probably my last weigh-in posting until I return from vacation in a couple of weeks. No scales and no computer on vacation. However I will do my best not to binge, and plan to weigh when I return.

It's been a decent month or so since I restarted posting here, not binge free, but a lot closer than I've been for a while. I think posting here has helped. Have not lost as much weight as I'd have liked, but I do consider that second to controlling the binge. And I know if I can stay off the binges the weight will get to where its supposed to be... eventually.

Yes maybe I will, I ate 2 rounds of toast this morning, i'm hoping today and the rest of the week will be good dieting days as I have a weigh in with a nurse for a health check next monday, i'm hoping to be 220lbs by then. when i weighed with them last year i was about 250.

Weight gain has a lot to do with how much I drink and how hot it is. Today, is supposed to be 108F. It's 105F right now. I did try and walk a little today. Really bad painful rash all week that is finally getting better. Worried about another situation so haven't been really productive this week. Hopefully all is good now for a while.
