Hot and I twisted my ankle. Weight gain is more water weight. I noticed my calves are swollen this morning from sitting yesterday due to not walking and moving around much. Ankle feels better today, it should be more normal.

Sorry to hear that, but today is what matters, can you not binge today? I think you can.
Well done on going that long without a binge, that's an excellent acheivement! i haven't gone that long for months. my latest binge turned into a 2 day binge and i haven't weighed myself, but today i'm determined not to give in and will weigh in tomorrow :)

Am trying not to worry too much about the weight... never easy.

Sorry about your ankle, hope it gets better quickly. It doesn't take much swelling to add water weight, it won't last.

Thanks, but the real achievement would be to get through today without bingeing, I'll be trying, hope you are successful. Don't binge today and all will be fine.

I'm sure the heat is playing a factor. It is hard staying hydrated and I feel like doing next to nothing except for staying underneath a fan and drinking as much as I can. Stomach was really iffy yesterday, but so far I feel a tad better this morning. We'll see how it goes once I get fully moving around. At least, I do have an appetite this morning. I'll eat light again today, mainly oatmeal and chicken noodle soup. Temperature wise it isn't too bad. We are used to high temperatures, but there is a lot of humidity and that makes it a lot worse. Heat indexes up to 125F. Yesterday, the humidity was 74% at least when I checked.

Took it really easy yesterday. Started feeling better last night. Stomach issues. Really loosey goosey. Didn't eat a lot most of the day until last night. Feel better this morning so far. I'll take it easy again today.

Eurgh May and June weren't good dieting months. Hoping July will be better. I have an annual health check on the 24th at my doctors where my blood pressure, ECG, weight will be recorded etc, i'll try to use that as motivation to diet.

Just do well today and it will all fall into place. You can do this, you have done it before.
