Yep, to both. I did not do so well over Thanksgiving a couple of weeks ago, Christmas will be another challenge...The next few weeks will be a test for all of us! Mind you I think every week is a test.

Do you know what triggers the midnight eating?Had another midnight blip last night, half asleep
Good question. I can only put it down to having more sweets (candy) etc in the house with it being this time of the year and if i wake in the night i'm groggy and my resolve is low i have just gone for a drink of water or something but ended up eating something. I can control it from now on though, i'm confident of that. The 25th, 26th, 31st, 1st i'm having a diet holiday.Do you know what triggers the midnight eating?
I have found that I am a bit more at risk when waking from a nap, long have been. But not so much in the middle of the night or morning. Not to say I haven't done it, I am sure I've binged every hour of the day...
Hope you can figure it out, you are doing well just need to keep working at it.
