It must have been a biscuit night last night. I wasn't going to buy more GF lemon wafers as I find them irresistible, but I went hunting last night & found a packet, which, of course, I opened & ate 4. :svengo: Now I have to forget they're there until next week when we have company to share them with. Actually, I might ask G to make a lemon cake for Christmas as I have some lemon curd ordered & that would make for a delicious dessert. I just got sidetracked :blush5:

Since my eating has been good I know the gain is just water. May be related to restarting exercise, I know that has caused some temporary weight gain in the past. Or it may just be unexplained bouncing, who knows...

Do you know what triggers the midnight eating?

I have found that I am a bit more at risk when waking from a nap, long have been. But not so much in the middle of the night or morning. Not to say I haven't done it, I am sure I've binged every hour of the day...

Hope you can figure it out, you are doing well just need to keep working at it.

Good question. I can only put it down to having more sweets (candy) etc in the house with it being this time of the year and if i wake in the night i'm groggy and my resolve is low i have just gone for a drink of water or something but ended up eating something. I can control it from now on though, i'm confident of that. The 25th, 26th, 31st, 1st i'm having a diet holiday.
