I think I will be back up in the 230's tomorrow because I just ate ice cream and biscuits. Not a binge but definitely a cheat meal. I had my covid booster jab yesterday and today i've felt a bit rough hence me comfort eating just now.
 
Today's cardio is a very easy recovery indoor bike ride, so I'm guessing there will be at least somewhat of a "correction" tomorrow morning.
Well in a pretty big surprise to me, the scale didn't budge this morning. Long run tomorrow, so I may temporarily sniff the 170s Sunday morning. Hoping to get there and stay there by the end of next week.

I know what you mean. My sister brought home pizza yesterday and even though I was within my calories, it still makes me retain water. I'm going to do real good today and see if tomorrow shows different. Best wishes to both of us.

2. I may need to increase calories again. I usually like to wait two weeks from an adjustment before making another, though. We'll see what happens over the weekend...

Not quite what I was hoping for, especially after seeing that 240.5 a couple of days ago, but still -1.7 for the week and I'm shooting for 2 lbs a week. I'll take it. If this week goes good, I should see 230s.

I still feel fat. I think once I get down into my 230's I will feel better overall. I haven't been in my 230s in a very long time. I don't have moobs so much as batwings. I gotta start some easy muscle building stuff. My highest weight was 274. Last year, I was at 268.8 so it feels good to be down again.

Well the past few days the scales was trying to decide on 241.4 and 241.9. Before it stuck with 241.4 and today 241.9. guess bod isn't quite ready to go down again yet.

I'm fairly certain that this was the first week since I came here (July 11th) that I've lost less than 1% of my body weight for any given week. I'm told that .5%-1.0% is ideal, and this week was 0.69%. Perhaps the latest calorie increase (it's the second significant one in the last 2 1/2 months) has me where I need to be. I'm in no particular hurry. I have a HM race on November 12th and it'd be nice to be at/near my final "idea" weight then, but I'm ok if I'm not, and I'm not all that certain what that number even is. I don't have a specific goal weight, as I've been lifting weights regularly for nearly a year and have definitely added muscle mass. My best guess would be around 170, but I wouldn't be shocked if it's anywhere in the 160-175 range. At this point my plan is to go into maintenance either when my belly stops pooching out too much, or after the HM, whichever comes first.
