All I know to say is "stay the course!" I've seen gains over multiple days that made absolutely no sense, but eventually things moved in the desired direction.Can't begin to say how disappointing this is. I know it's water weight, but still when I am trying so hard.

Thursday Sep 15th : 231.4 (-0.2)
I cheated last night, 2nd time in 3 days. 3rd time in about a week.
Graph is weight against days, i've only lost about 7 lbs over the last 4 weeks, each mini peak corresponds to a cheat!
Got to stop cheating! I need to lose over 2 lbs per week to reach 200 lbs by Xmas, over the last week i'm only down about 1lb.

thanks, you're correct it is progress. it's just i never used to cheat in the 1st few months of dieting. it's like as i've got less fat my motivation has waned slightly because i'm not as fat as i was.sounds like good steady progress to me though. keep up the great work!
yep push through it, looking forward to seeing you get to the 230s. the 220s are next for me.I got stuck t 245 for 5 months and gave up. I can't let that happen this time. Gotta push through it. Back to regular schedule today - Sweating like I'm an oldie.

So near to the 220s now, it'll give me good motivation for the day today to diet knowing i could well be in the 220s tomorrow if i stick to the plan.
