Wow you're really doing well recently, i've noticed your calorie intake is lower than usual recently, is this a conscious decision? Whatever it is, it seems to be working.

I was going to drop down to 1500 and see what happens, but been kinda sick too. Main thing is, I have a lot of yard work going on again since it has been raining. I've mowed twice and working on limbs. Also, I was kinda constipated for about 2 weeks. things were moving, but not as well as it could have. I started taking a vitamin recently and I think that has something to do with it. At any rate, I'm doing down. The weight I'm at now is if I was losing 2 lbs a week all along, which is were I am supposed to be.

It's scary how much I have lost the last 10 days, so I upped my calories to see what it would do. Now back to new routine. It'll level out.

Weighed 194.8 this morning. Friday is my least active day (only day of the week with no scheduled cardio,) and I typically go up a bit on Saturday mornings, so nothing unusual here. Long run is Saturday morning and I'm almost always below Friday morning's weight by Sunday morning.
I'm terrible at this! :D

Gonna do better here. Doing pretty well on the scale, at least. Here's the recent update:
