I had a bag of mini oreos yesterday...maybe if I hadn't, I would have hit 112....but anyways sitting at 113lbs at the start of June.
I am hoping I can lose the extra 5 - 8 lbs by the end of the month.

I am late posting, wanted to take the time to bring it up to date. I am down a little, but still in the 160s, looking forward to a better month in June.
  • August began 161, ended 159, ranged 163 to 159.
  • September began 160, ended 158, ranged 160 to 154.
  • October began 159, ended 158, ranged from 155 to 162.
  • November began 160, ended 153, ranged from 153 to 164.
  • December averaged 156 and ranged from 151 to 159.
  • January 2021 averaged 155 and ranged from 149 to 160.
  • February averaged 156 but ranged wildly 145 to 166.
  • March averaged 147, ranged from 143 to 153, the high just the one day after surgery.
  • April was not a great month, averaged 157 but ended at 164..., ranged from 147 to 166.
  • May was not-so-great , I averaged 156 and ranged from 149 to 165, unfortunately I ended the month with a binge and up into the 160s
June
  • 1 - 160 lbs
After losing about 160 lbs I began maintenance in July 2020 and am trying to stay somewhere in or close to the 150s.

Yes, thank you! One thing I noticed so far is that I tend to stay pretty much even the first part of the week and then drop weight the last part of the week. We'll see how it goes. Hope you have a great day! I was hoping to do some yard work, but just looked at the radar and more rain coming. Ugh.

Wow, nice new low Err! Hope you are able to get outside Whisper, it seems to rain a lot where you are, what part of the world is that? I live in the high desert of northern Utah, we don't get much rain. Most of our precip falls as winter snow.

I see I missed adding my weight this am, I was at 158 lbs. Good to be back into the 150s, hope I can stay there!

I live in the DFW area of Texas. I just looked at the 10 day forecast and starting tomorrow we have a chance of rain for the next 8 days. So it's been about 10 degrees cooler than usual and very rainy. I did mow today. It clumped up, but I didn't have much of a choice. It didn't rain yesterday so it dried out just a tad from the torrential rain we got the day before. Even mowing, I felt rain drops. But when it is like this, you gotta go with what you can when you can. We rarely get snow, but did this last year. It was bad. We didn't have power for 4 days and water for 2 weeks. It snowed, but I couldn't enjoy it.
 
Thanks Whisper, I do remember that cold and snow y'all got last winter, very unusual.

Hey Tom, that's a new low isn't it? Mow or not, that's good. Err I think you have done an amazing job of hanging onto your muscle mass through this process, loosing so much weight makes is real hard. I am sure I lost lots of muscle when I was losing, I was less diligent than you. You are not far from Onderland!

Down a small bit, but more importantly still in the 150s here, feels good.
  • August 2020 began daily weighing, ranged 163 to 159.
  • September began 160, ended 158, ranged 160 to 154.
  • October began 159, ended 158, ranged from 155 to 162.
  • November began 160, ended 153, ranged from 153 to 164.
  • December averaged 156 and ranged from 151 to 159.
  • January 2021 averaged 155 and ranged from 149 to 160.
  • February averaged 156 but ranged wildly 145 to 166.
  • March averaged 147, ranged from 143 to 153, the high just the one day after surgery.
  • April was not a great month, averaged 157 but ended at 164..., ranged from 147 to 166.
  • May was not-so-great , I averaged 156 and ranged from 149 to 165, unfortunately I ended the month with a binge and up into the 160s
June 2021
  • 1 - 160 lbs
  • 2 - 158 lbs
  • 3 - 156 lbs
  • 4 - 155 lbs
After losing about 160 lbs I began maintenance in July 2020 and am trying to stay somewhere in or close to the 150s.

Thanks. It is coming down. Last week I saw a drop to 253 and then went back up. I have a saying "If you can see it on the scale then you can make it happen." I know sometimes the number is temporarily weight loss due to water. But it looks like I have a good chance of sticking the 253 something this week.

New lows are real, and real signs of progress, it helps sort out trends from the day to day noise. You are doing well!
