Hey Whispers, good to see you here, and congrats on the 10+ pound loss. I agree weighing everyday can be good motivation. Just be prepared for the bouncing up and down, its the longer term trend that matters. However I find watching the day to day bouncing educational, really has helped me better understand my weight. Good to see you too Misty and the recovery is going well, off to a slow start but much better now, thanks for asking. I was up a little this morning, but still in the happy range, no complaints.
