Nice, you will have to look back even more years to match soon!
Another new one, getting so close to that 225 mark, fully hydrated this time.
And another great new low!! LaMa must be feeling good.
Good to see you here Gold, hope you join us regularly!
Err, I do have two scales side by side and often double check. Wish I could blame this on a bad scale, but I can't. My clothes probably do fit a little more tightly, but no so much as I expected they might with the weight gain. Maybe that's because its winter and I am wearing baggier things, more sweat pants, fewer jeans. But still things fit ok, one of the saving graces I guess. No feeling of bloating, at least that is good. It will be interesting to talk with the nutritionist, we'll see where that goes.
I agree LaMa, it is weird, I have thought hard about it. The only thing I can see new to my diet is a lot of cocoa powder, any chance that causes weight gain? I have always liked strong flavors and the cocoa is that, I used the dark powdered "Dutched" variety, only 10 calories per tablespoon (3 g carbs, 0.5 g fat and 1 g protein), it is supposed to be good for you. I was surprised to find how much I like it even unsweetened. Sometimes I add a little of the pure stevia.
I have found 100% pure stevia is a sweetener I can tolerate, it is hard to find, 95% of stevia has lots of sugar alcohols like erythritol added, usually a lot more than the actual stevia itself. I have found the sugar alcohols really give me digestive problems, and I am not alone in that. Pure stevia costs more and is harder to find. However it is much sweeter than stevia mixed with the sugar alcohols so I am not sure the cost per sweetening is really more, I don't need much. Pure stevia is more difficult to dissolve and can't be used in a lot of cooking the way the sugar alcohols can. It also has a bit of a bitter after taste the alcohols don't. I don't think the stevia is related to my weight gain, I was eating more of the artificial sweeteners when my weight was lower...
