I´m no keto expert but I´m pretty sure that one of the most often cited advantages is the reduction in appetite. I´m sure Tru could tell you more about that though.I have done Keto before, but not this time around, I have lost weight on it, but not kept it off. Does it help make you less hungry? I had assumed that because you can't eat as much volume without the carbs it would have the opposite effect, but I don't really know.
Hey Angel, you are doing fine. At 1100 calories you are losing fat, no doubt, but it may take a little while to show up on the scale. The fat loss is important, what the scale says day to day not so much.a little disappointed but oh well
