After losing over 160 lbs I am in maintenance and trying to stay somewhere in the 150s.
 
I find it fascinating how much your morning weight varies. I can go up by 3 kg if I binge, or maybe 2 for hormonal stuff, but that's already pretty extreme for me.

Hey Err, that 234.6 is getting close to a new low isn't it? Yeah LaMa, a 3 kg swing is a lot, almost as much as my ups and downs seem to be. Speaking of which I am up real close to 160 this morning, I don't like being out of the 150s, but I know it is likely my ongoing constipation problem. Even so I do feel better this morning.

I hope so :D I didn´t want to complain, by the way, it just feels unreal. Then again I just had breakfast, 10 minutes later realized that while I felt ok I could eat some more, remembered I hadn´t eaten my dessert yet (half a pomegranate), and when I went to grab it noticed that my second pita-with-broccoli-and-bratwurst was still sitting there untouched as well so I´d only eaten around 300 kcal... So I guess I´m just less hungry as well. Long may it last.
 
Congrats to LaMa and Err on the new lows! And to Vic for sticking to it and staying at that 140ish level. I hope your being less hungry lasts as well LaMa, makes things easier.

Hey Vic, always good to see you here and holding around 140 ain't bad. Err, holding your losses well, you are not long for the 230s. Had to laugh at what you said LaMa, the "danger" zone! I try not to see it that way, but being in the 160s would not be so happy as the 150s for me. And I am still in the 150s this morning.

Yeah, last week I lost and regained 4 and this week I lost 6 week - with more calories (& carbs), I expect the swings on the scale to start getting bigger, but trying to remember that the trend is all that really matters.
