Hey Vic, you are getting close to being out of the 140s! I agree with LaMa, Err 1,000 jump ropes is impressive. Probably about 998 more than I could do! Looks like you have some nice new body fat lows as well! Hope your lack of symptoms continues!

Good job guys! Sure LaMa, take it, you know how this variability thing works ups and downs are normal, but new lows are real! You are 2+ kg below where you were just a couple of weeks ago. And Err, you are now well into the 230s, that is great! And done whist bracing for possible Covid, an accomplishment.

No idea why my weight is dropping so suddenly these last few days - it makes no sense given my calorie intake. I'll have to dramatically increase calories if it continues, but I don't see how it can...

(I will also try to remember this moment if my weight inexplicably jumps 6 lbs in 3 days)

It is nice to see that your belt notches are moving a little despite that. Are you exercising any more than you were, or is it still mostly your walking?

That is impressive Err, but not out of the range of what I saw a few times when loosing. It may just be normal variability, you know its the longer term average that matters. Anyway congrats, you are now more than half way through the 230s!

I was surprised this morning. I think this is my first time in the 140s since I was about 12 years old!

I am not trying to lose weight, and suspect this is just one of my ups and downs, one that happened to go a bit lower. If I stay in the 140s I will probably up my calories, but for now I won't do anything, except post it.
