No surprise: I ate a lot yesterday, walked a little more, and slept terribly. Will be gone again when I weigh next time.

Hi Natalya and welcome! I agree that quarantine is making things a lot harder. Are you not allowed to go for walks where you live or do you just have less reason to walk? When I was stuck in my tiny apartment I did a lot of Youtube exercise videos, maybe that could for you as well?

Been slacking on strength training...
 
I'm so thankful I can eat all the wheat and other carbs that I want (as long as I stick to my calories) and still lose weight! You're 100% right that we should all be taking care of our health though.

I eat almost no wheat, but get lots of carbs from fruit, yogurt and veggies. I think that is ok... And y'all are right doing what we need to to take care of our health is most important. Natalya, why not start posting your weight daily here for a while? I find it helpful, and interesting.

Up a little this morning, but still in the 150s, so long as its not a trend I am fine.
