After losing over 160 lbs I am in maintenance and trying to stay somewhere in the 150s.
 
Looks like everyone going great here! I just realized that from now until January 4th I won´t be in a rush in the mornings so I might join you for a while. Didn´t weigh this morning but yesterday I was 76.5 kg so I´ll take that as my baseline.

I took yesterday off strength training, but I still felt a little rundown this morning so I set a slower pace on my run. I sure wish I could recover as quickly as I did in my teens...
 
Welcome LaMa, I have always weighed myself every day, but find recording it here and keeping track to be more helpful than just weighing. Gives me a better idea as to what to expect so far as bouncing around goes, and is a kind of early warning of loss or gain. Helps me decide if its time to up or down calories. And good for you on the new low, 76.2!

Hell Err, I wish I could recover as quickly as I could when I was your age, let alone in my teens... I don't really know how old you are, just guessing its younger than I, most folks these days are younger than me, LOL! Good work on holding your losses, you'll be off that plateau soon and well into the lower half of the 200s!

Thanks Rob - I'm 38, but with how unhealthy I've been over the last 20 years I often feel 10+ years older physically.
 
Rob: weighing myself in the morning and posting the result takes 2 minutes - too much when I have 10 minutes between waking up and leaving the house... I weigh myself most days when I'm not working early though.
Err: looks like you'll feel those extra years fall away soon!

I think the numbers dropped so quickly because I exercised very little for two days so I probably lost some water weight. Sadly that be back tomorrow. Plus the scale blinked between 75.9 and 76.0 for quite a while before settling on the lower number so take it with a grain of salt. Still: I'm happy with it!

Congrats on the new lows! At 38 you are about 30 years younger than I, which means you have 30 more healthy years to look forward to than I, if you keep up your good work, and I believe you will!

I understand, that is how I long felt. However the good news is its changing for you, I suspect with your exercise and diet you are now not much if any "older" than your age, and soon you should be younger. Feeling and health wise anyway. I know for myself it took a little while for that to sink in, and it still hasn't completely yet. But I am coming to accept that I have become pretty healthy. You should feel the same.

I started out having breakfast before even early shifts but it meant getting up just after 5 am - which in turn means having to be in bed by 9 pm. So now I prep everything the night before and just get up, have a wash, and run out the door. I wake up during the 35 minute walk to work :p
