Merry Christmas to all! Still eve here, but I know its Christmas somewhere already.
Congrats on the new lows! At 38 you are about 30 years younger than I, which means you have 30 more healthy years to look forward to than I, if you keep up your good work, and I believe you will!
with how unhealthy I've been over the last 20 years I often feel 10+ years older physically.
I understand, that is how I long felt. However the good news is its changing for you, I suspect with your exercise and diet you are now not much if any "older" than your age, and soon you should be younger. Feeling and health wise anyway. I know for myself it took a little while for that to sink in, and it still hasn't completely yet. But I am coming to accept that I have become pretty healthy. You should feel the same.
Hey LaMa, congrats on your numbers also, but its more important to track them than what happens day to day. You are a really busy lady, and there is no way I could get up and be out the door in 10 minutes, not feeling very good anyway. I need a good hour of coffee drinking and doing internet things before I feel awake and ready for the day! Fortunately I wake early, so I have the time.
Still stable here, maybe more of a feel of drifting than bouncing lately, no matter, its good either way.
