I may already be down 200 lb, but I'm not certain what my starting weight was. I think it was likely above 450 since my 450-lb scale initially displayed Err2 overload errors the first week and Err1 instability errors the 2nd week. The first reading I got was 438 on day 10 after eating an average of 1350 calories - a deficit that should have resulted in at least 5.5 lbs of fat loss. To have been over 450 I would have had to have lost about 6.5 lbs of water weight, but that often happens when suddenly cutting out so many carbs...
So unofficially I'll say 450 was my starting weight, but use 438 as the "official" marker (as if anyone besides me cares...)
