Nice new low Err! Had to look the whippet up, seems a nice dog.

Edging up again, but still in the 150s, will try not to worry about it.

I finally hit a new Navy body fat low - I find it interesting that it seems to trend down when the Tanita scale's body fat reading goes up (and the tanita bf seems to trend down when the navy bf is trending up). Small sample, but we'll see if it continues

I'm really enjoying the ability to eat more fruit with the extra calories. Yesterday I had a banana, bell pepper, 3 mini peppers, 2 clementines, and 30 grapes all while staying under budget!

Thanks Rob. I've been on a bit of a plateau lately, but that should be expected having dropping an unrealistic ~1 lb a day between the 2nd & 9th... It'll still be nice to dip into the 240s and cross that 200 lb weight loss milestone...
