Korrie, good work on the new low! You are down almost 6 lbs in the short time you have been posting here, good for you!

Me, I have a new low today also, not something I was trying to do but I'll take it! I miss the positive reinforcement of seeing regular weight loss. If I lose any more I will probably up my calories a little. November has been a kind of wild up and down for me...

Congrats yourself! Doing great on the weight loss! My weight loss has definitely slowed down. But I've been doing amazing, esp. now that its holiday time, I've got all kinds of junk in the office...but I'm holding my ground!

I seem to be losing a bit faster than planned - I'll give it a few more days before increasing calories, but maybe I'm burning a lot more calories now that the weather has turned cooler?
 
Err, 5 new weight lows and 2 new body fat lows in a row!! You are on a roll. I don't know about the cold weather but I do recall that when I was losing weight it seemed to come off in spurts, usually without a good explanation. And Korrie, you are holding your losses well, good job! You are doing "amazing", keep it up. Slow loss in this season is pretty good. I am back up a bit from yesterday's new low, but still in my happy zone!

Korrie, that 2 lb loss is great news! And Vic, yours as well. 5 down days in a row Err, very nice, you'll be in the 250s very soon. And Steph, good job holding your losses.

I feel like I am in good shape going into turkey day, don't think I will have too much trouble staying on track tomorrow. My goal is just to get through Thanksgiving weekend on track and not gain much weight. Staying in the 150s would be good.
