72,2kg :/ like how did i gain 300g when i literally had 400 cals yesterday

Today's weight is more of a reflection of last week's meals than yesterday's. I've lost weight the day after overeating and gained weight the day after eating well... Stick to the plan and you'll see results in the long run.

PS: Everyone's body is different, but when I try to eat super super low calories I end up eating way too much after a day or two - so much extra food that 500 calorie days actually cause me to gain weight in the long run.

Wow, this is getting to be a busy place. Some nice new lows, kudos to Margaret, Err, and Angel (I think). And to Steph, Vic, and Korrie for staying at or near your lows! I bounced up a little, but am still happy with where I am.
