I agree LaMa, my weight is a lot more stable than I thought it would be. I do weigh first thing in the morning, wearing pretty much the same clothes every day, that helps. Still I have only varied from 160 to 163 in the whole month of August. Good I guess, just more stable than I expected. I also thought I would continued to lose a little weight, but so far no. Guess I am feeling out the bottom or something like that.

I'm bouncing along too - but quite pleased at this stage to be holding the latest double milestone which is not only being in the 190s but also three and a half stone lost since I started this year's project.

Nelly that is a great drop!

I hit a new low this morning, did not expect it, in fact I still feel full from last night and was thinking it would be a bounce up. Weight is a funny thing. It is just a pound, and still only 3 below where I was a month ago, so I don't plan any changes. I am not trying to lose weight, but would not be unhappy if I end up in the 150s.

August began 161, ended 159 range 163 to 159. Bouncing along in maintenance.
