Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

LOL - I had sushi on Saturday... A warning to all of what sushi can do when you are sodium sensitive... I liked it - but didn't like it on the scales later...
Don't be spooked when you next have it.

It'll take a while for your mind to catch up with your new shape... Things like getting a surprise when you see your new self in a mirror through the corner of your eye...

Margaret, congrats on the new low! Good news.

I know that feeling, every time I look at myself its a bit of a surprise... And the clothes, when I put on my pants or shorts I still can't believe I am going to fit into that. Going from a 62 to a 32 waist makes a big difference!

Still bouncing along.

Some well-timed toilet activity helped me get a great new low with me finally seeing the reward for the whole week of hard work

This brings me to my current milestone - bringing me to my 2017 project collapse weight... I am now the weight that I was when I went missing in 2017.
I'll think of a new milestone for my ticker :hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray:

Husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary yesterday. We were out and being active (lots of walking and stairs), but we definitely overdid it on treating ourselves! I’m not regretful though, we were celebrating and had a wonderful day. Now today I can get back on track :)

Happy anniversary - its great that you treated yourself and had a lovely day.

Under the circumstances that is a very happy weight - the result of the good things that you still did like walking.

Had a new low this morning of 124 lbs, (8 stone 12 for fellow English people) but my scale weighs in lbs. Its been more than a decade since I weighed that little. I think the drop after almost 2 weeks of plateau was due to getting really stressed out, not eating my dinner and going for a run to chill out. Interesting to see what tomorrow morning says.

Still just bouncing around, nothing wrong with that I know its what I am supposed to be doing. Have to say though I miss the feeling of seeing the weight go down. Getting used to stability will take a while.

Katie - well done.

Rob - for maintenance - you have to see bouncing around as better than a loss... After all - if you kept on losing for ever you would fade away.

For the last two nights my evening meal was marred with more sodium than I would normally have...
I'd got a large packet of cooked ham as requested by my mother which had gone "just out of date"... There was a fair bit that she hadn't had.
I had cooked ham with salad both nights - and the calories would be very low... The ham (especially in the older pack) was however very salty.
Friday night's meal was half from the new pack so was a bit less salty...
Since my food and exercise were good I'm pretty sure that it was a bit of another sodium gain.
Hopefully it will resolve itself...

Thanks Margaret, and intellectually I know you are right, its just a little hard to get used to.

It's true, I've always found weight maintenance difficult. My eating is just so inconsistent, I bounce around.
