Going up a pound is pretty normal, even when you are losing weight. No need for an "Arrrh" I am sure it's temporary. Katie, what is your goal weight?

More bouncing here, actually I am surprised at the narrow weight range I am staying in.

Katie, what is your goal weight?


I don't really really have one alligatorob. At first it was just to get back into the top of the, "normal", weight range for my height but that was 137 lbs. The range goes down to 105 lbs so I doubt I shall have a problem with getting underweight. Just going on with it for now but it is getting slower losing weight as I get lighter. I feel so much better from exercising I very quickly lost the persistent cough I'd had for about a year.

I can relate to that Katie, I never really set a hard end goal either. And while I am pretty about my current weight, I would also be happy to lose a few more pounds, not a high priority though. I am still 2 pounds above my "normal" BMI weight, but at 16% body fat I don't think that means much.

18 - 160 lbs, a new low and a milestone. I have now lost exactly half my starting weight, 320 to 160! I know its only a pound and I am probably going to bounce back up, but its sure feels nice to see it.

That is fantastic... Even though you were great already with a slender and healthy weight - I fully understand the enormity of the "half your start weight" milestone.... When it happened to me in my big project I remember thinking that it was so surreal as it was an easy way of seeing what your weight loss looked like - it was a person the size of yourself in the mirror.

That is truly amazing! :party:

Well, I did bounce back up a pound, but I think I will keep the 160 in my signature and as my "official" weight for now. I will probably be back there again.
