I fell off the weighing wagon due to an emergency with my dog. But today after breakfast I was 202 on the dot.
 
202 is great for you - especially after a dog emergency... Stressful times are always a huge temptation. You did well!

Glad to see that I’m still ok after a couple days of stress and being off my usual habits!
 
I weigh myself everyday, I have done for 40 years and I'm not about to change. In fact plot it on a graph to record my progress while trying to lose weight. At the beginning of April when I was locked down and decided to make an effort I weighted 150 lbs. Today, (and for the last several days), I weighed 126 lbs.

201.8 lb today.

At first when I woke up, I was a little concerned with that. But I realized I’m only three days away from my period. Every month, I gain about 2-3 pounds when i’m menstruating.

It is perfectly normal to gain weight around that time. I well remember on my big project analysing quite a few months of successful weight loss and coming to the conclusion that I got all my weight loss across something like 2.5 weeks every month...

I haven't been able to exercise much the last 4 weeks. Now I can run again I'm hoping that will help me continue downward. I would like to get down to 119.
