I weigh every day since the beginning a little more than a year and 130 lbs ago. I don't freak over 5 lbs over about 3 days but if I see an increasing trend that lasts two or 3 days ,just depending on how much I know I still have inside me that needs to eliminate, I will cut way back or even fast 48 hours. It has helped me adjust my diet to know what I can eat and what doesn't work well for me.
