Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

Hi
Im in at 83kg's. I am a 43 year old male and also very active when I was younger. In my mid 20's this changed and I started gaining weight. With the pressures of work, family and excuses one makes as you get older the kg's just add on. So 2019 has kicked off and yes I want to lose weight like many with the New Year commitments we make. I tried Keto in November last year but I felt i got sick at work and low levels of energy. What do you or anyone in the forum think about this in the link attached. Have you or anyone in the forum used it or come across it before? I would like to start on Monday 7th January 2019.

lack of sleep.
Tons of stress
Overeating
Sugar
Carbs and snacks.

So I think weighing everyday is the only way to monitor what works/what doesn’t and keeps me motivated and on track.
