Hello, I’m a newbie here and this is my first post. I weigh myself everyday and have steadily gained 7lbs since October. Weighed Really want to lose it before 2018 and starting a gluten and lactose free diet to help my diet as I often feel bloated and lethargic. I also work in an office where chocolate is ALWAYS available! Any advice or information would be great. Has anyone had success going gluten free? xXx
