Hello, I’m a newbie here and this is my first post. I weigh myself everyday and have steadily gained 7lbs since October. Weighed Really want to lose it before 2018 and starting a gluten and lactose free diet to help my diet as I often feel bloated and lethargic. I also work in an office where chocolate is ALWAYS available! Any advice or information would be great. Has anyone had success going gluten free? xXx
 
I've had success in the past following a paleo diet, but it was very restrictive and I couldn't keep it up too long. Lost about 15 lbs in a month. Why don't you head on over to the diary section and make yourself a journal? Post your stats, typical meals and members can help you with advice. :)
