Oops - missed a day again... I do this from time to time - especially when things stay the same - it seems to reduce my motivation to post...
Nallie - it's great to have you with us. Good luck in your project. Weighing weekly never worked for me... It gives me too long to be naughty without having to face up to the effect. It worked for me and quite a lot of the people who did big projects at the same time as I did mine... If you weigh every day you become more aware of the impact of things like sodium, TOM, food weight... If you see other people's daily weighing you realise that day to day fluctuations are absolutely normal.
Marie221 - I love the desert / sun design of your ticker... It is exactly the same combination that I used for my big project. I am using a seperate ticker which just shows by 2013 project until I get back to goal. I changed it because the current situation looks too good to motivate me on my big ticker... When I get back to goal I will use my old ticker again. We will have the same ticker design then. I hope your ticker is as lucky for you as it was for me.
