Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

The main thing is that you enjoyed your takeaway. That would explain the gain.

My food plan is pretty strict - but it allows me the flexibility to not count calories or weigh food too much unless things don't work. I dropped a lot of weight a few years back by doing very similar to this - with spot checks every so often to check that I was hitting targets...

I have gained up some weight last year and the year before and decided that I needed to address things properly before things got out of hand...

I posted in this thread all the time in 2008.
 
I'm pretty new around these parts but here's my results recently:

28/01/2013 = 121.1 kg
29/01/2013 = 120.5 kg
30/01/2013 = 119.1 kg

Ok, bit all over the place there. I'm using the same scales in the gym (which are very reliable), always post-workout (which probably means it's 0.5 to 1 kg lighter than my true weight)...my bowel/excretory habits must be causing a rather large difference!

soundasleepx - thanks... I did brilliantly in my big project a few years back and got to goal... I left the forum 3 years ago as there isnt much for maintainers here... I maintained fine for the next year... the most recent 2 years have been very stressful (husband needed 5 operations, we had to relocate 300 miles) so I gained a ton of weight... I came back to the forum on new years eve as I figured it was time to put a stop to the rot before I had to do the whole thing again... it was bad enough having to admit to how spectacularly I had failed maintenance... things tend to be pretty slow for me so I am quite pleased with how things have gone this year so far.
