Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

Yesterday I was 145.8. This morning I am 147.0. I had an off day yesterday and ate ALOT more than usual. Back to being good today!

146.6lbs. Same as yesterday. I'm seriously beginning to regret my off day on saturday because I was steadily going down each day before that, and now I've come to a stop. I'll DEFINITELY think before I do that again!
 
I know just what you mean...

sometimes a day off brings more annoyance than the initial pleasure... it can sometimes be just not worth it...

15/2/2013: 145.8 ( Had a big takeaway last night and dreaded the scales this morning, but all that's happened is I've stuck at this weight. Just shows I can have a takeaway so long as I hardly eat anything else that day, haha)
