Good morning everyone weighed in a 132.2 so down .2 thats ok I guess. Im hoping to be 129 by the mid august. Have a great day.
Awesome news went to the Gap I fit into a size 8 so awesome I was a 10/12 now Im an 8!!!!

131.8 congrats!!

My goal was 145, but can't seem to get there. I get close, but haven't made it yet. I may try for 135, but got to reach 145 first, lol.

Just eat healthy, exercise, and post your weight everyday, if you have more to say, post it too. :)

This club was started by Senior member troutman. And is for those who want to face the facts & weigh themselves everyday. I am pretty much true to the "Weigh Yourself Everyday Club". I miss some days, but I come right back, because it works for me.

For me it also works to check my daily weight and I also need the control ;) On September 13th I will fly to Australia for four month. And thats the reason why I like to buy a mini scale for my trip to australia, because I think I'll go crazy if I can't check my weight in this period :ack2:

Now my weight today: I was really surprised I didn't expect a weight loss like this :coolgleamA:

no weight loss since yesterday.. well, so what =) the main thing is that the weight doesn't increase ;)
