Hey I'm Carly and I'm new to the forum :) I've been losing weight this year (30 lbs so far) but wanted extra motivation to keep the weight loss going! I JUST got into the 160's today, and thought that this would be a great way to keep the scale going down! I currently exercise 4 days a week doing weights and cardio and am eating super healthy.... but sometimes I have my off days and binge.... Anyways, I hope weighing myself everyday will get me motivated over successes AND over weight gains too because those will just push me to work harder :)

Thanks! I just hope that I can stay there! I've been at 169 before and then went back into the 170s... but I think If I push really hard this week I'll get down to 168 where i'll be more comfortable :)
