Wow, I cannot believe you guys were able to religiously follow all these; weighing everyday. It takes a lot of patience and hardwork to be able to constantly create a diary out of you daily body weight.

If this works for you, then great. I could be doing something like this too.

I weigh myself everyday just to see how much I fluctuate from day to day and it also helps me determine which food make me retain more water.

In three months, I will be going out on a ship for three months. The rooms are small. and I want to be in shape for the journey.
