Basically just gave up the end of this week and stopped excercising, and just ate whatever. Cant wait till next week when i can get back on track. I feel so ashamed...

I'm Jean. I have the feeling that most of you weigh yourselves everyday.
But I personally think that weighing yourselves everyday will just let you think that you are not losing weight because losing weight doesn't just happen overnight right?
