I am joining this Club to keep myself in check. Maybe if I have to write down and have people look at my progress it will keep me accountable.

I'm done eating for the night and I have 1 more 15 min. burst exercise left to do.

Ok, so I bought a new scale last night because I thought that the one I had was on its way out. Anyhow, I have been putting thought into this all day and now I am going to have to lose the same ten pounds I already lost .....My new scale puts me at 200.6, my old scale said 190.4....so what do I believe???

I guess for now I am committing to the higher weight again...

Alas, I am starting over my weight loss list again...

Just dont get discouraged... man I look at people with a weight of 158 and wish I could be that small...sucks being 290lbs.... maybe someday .... I feel like a fat :piggy:

1 year ago I was 241. I get it, being fat is so awful and i never would have guess that I'd be complaining being at 155. I thought that I'd be so happy at 170. It's funny that once you start feeling healthy and getting into a physically and mentally state you just want to get better and be stronger.
You will do it, just keep moving. Thanks for the reminder on just how far I've come, sometimes I forget!

154.8, can't seem to break through this plateau. 158-154, just can't seem to get out of it!!! GRRRRR

Stick with it! I was at a plateau till i upped my excercise. This week it seems to be dropping off...
I guess the lighter you become the harder it can be to shift those extra pounds...:)

Same here.... I'm just trying to take this day by day. I keep slipping up in my exercise and eating habits, though... maybe if I do not slip up as often I could get something done, hahah.

we'll move eventually... just keep working at it love :) :sifone:
