Although during summer i keep my weight permanent, now in September i gain back 5 pounds. I am disappointed and i wonder if i can lose them in a short period of time as i take them during 2 weeks time. During summer i watched my diet and now i also take care of it but sometimes i eat in the evening when i go out and this adds weight on me. Should i avoid eating anything in the evening?And how is it possible if anyone else is eating? I also think and drinks lead to put weight easily.

You could always try to eat something high in fibre or even some type of food that has a negative calorie effect such as an apple. You could also attempt to increase your water intake at night time in hopes that you curb your night time snacking appetite. Losing weight is hard, but making the proper food choices is what will help you in the end. Alcoholic drinks have a lot of empty calories in them, my advise on that one is to push yourself to do a little more exercise to allow for the extra calories. Just make an extra effort to watch your caloric intake around night time. Good luck, you can do it!
