Starting to weigh every day again, it really helped me before.

8.1.2010 - 12.5 (173lbs)

After losing a stone when I joined, Im actually now heavier than when I joined, need some serious motivation and will use this forum again no end.

LOVESAUTUMN, don't be disheartened, we will do this, we are virtually the same weight and I almost resorted to the fact that this was my natural weight which is ridiculous. Im 3 stone heavier than what I used to be and 2 stone heavier than my happy weight.

Lets get moving to get to our own personal goals.

Yeah happy new year MzLuv. We are basically the same weight so it will be great to go through our journeys together...

Craizymaizy... wow you did great losing 4lbs in 2 days... keep the good work up!

As of next week i am going to have to do the next 6wks of weight loss basically just through diet, as on monday i am having shoulder reconstruction surgery :ack2: This is because i keep dislocating it. So i will be in a sling for 6wks, and the only thing i might be able to do is a bit of light walking or the seated bike at the gym, which will probably bore me to tears.

But i guess even if the weight loss takes longer, mayby then i will find it easier to keep it off?

Good luck with the Op, keep that determination up and any gentle exercise with your diet will benefit you for sure. Shoulder sounds like it needs fixing so all the best. You doing great to, thanks for that, its good to be back.

I do need to get the shoulder fixed, so that i can start to do some weights etc at the gym to tone up. Its been coming out regularly for over a year now.

I will just have to stay positive that i can keep losing weight while im recovering. Im not the bravest girl though, so im getting a bit nervous about the op.
