Hi all :) I hope this thread can help me out a bit. I just find it way too easy to screw up and go "oh well, I can just start over tomorrow" but if i post here everyday i'll have to take responsability for what I eat :p

:party: My scale met me with no change this morning, which is good! I wish to loose only one more pound and then no more. When the scale reads between 188 and 190 I allow myself a few more treats. It is very tricky to keep it exactly on 188. If you are on a maintenance regiment, what sort of range is your target?
