Think I'm going to have to do this to keep me honest! LOL...Actually, i've been on a frustrating plateau during my last 30 lbs or so. Maybe this won't be a good idea considering that, but I'm going to anyway for a bit.

7/25--183(welcome to my world folks..this is how it has been for months now..down a little up a little more..this week my diet was super clean to and I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago--decided I need to see my doctor and get my thyroid evaluated again..have had issues with it in the past and think it's time to look medically--I don't think this is a stubborn plateau anymore..gone on too long and I've done too much to try and correct it so...think I'm going to stop with the weigh ins and make an appt with my doctor--good luck to you all--this is really depressing--my life has been so hard--for once I wish something would go the way I had hoped:-(

** should mention this is not a 2 week plateau..I've been at about the same weight for about 5 months now..no matter what I do I can't and haven't cracked under 180. I have no gone off of my normal eating patterns(have kept journals and I'm not overeating) and I have exercised(taking off no more then 4 days staight ONCE when I had a cold) consistently. I've watched people who were higher then me on here who weigh about 40 lbs less now...this sucks!
