Am starting to weigh every day for a bit, just cos i got into a pattern where if i knew i had a 'weigh day' the next day, i would eat less just to kinda help out the scales. Almost cheating, but in reverse. So now i weigh everyday, so everyday has to be a good day. At least til i'm back on track. Here's the weights, didn't do dates as 8/7 or 7/8 cos it gets confusing with having UK and US people on here.
8th July - 9st 6/132 pounds
9th July - 9st 5/131 pounds
10th July -9st 4/130 pounds
11th July - Did not weigh
12th July - 9st 5/131 pounds
13th July - 9st 5/131 pounds
14th July - 9st 4/130 pounds
15th July - 9st 4/130 pounds
16th July - Want 129 so badly
