Thanks. I checked out the site and even took one of the assessment tests. I wasn't sure about my ideal weight because i'm trying to do a lot of weight training now and hope to have more than average muscle (a man can dream). I decided to set one goal and see how I look then :).

Hi Everyone,

I back from being bad. It was my birthday the 4 Th. & my anniversary the 7 Th. (31 Years). Lucky me I don't know about my wife. You'd have to ask her. By the way she has now lost 30 Lbs., I'm so proud of her.

I did end up having sugar the two big days. Just one piece of cake & we shared a Brownie with ice cream on our anniversary.

I gained 2.25 Lbs. I thank I did pretty darn good.

Today i am very happy because i 've finally got to the target weight. However yesterday i was out with some friends and i really didn't eat anything. I was felt a little awfull because anyone else were eating and i thought that i should apologise myself. I just hope to keep this weight for some time and not gain any more weight back.

I have been very good but seems I hit a wall :ack2: already. Being older makes this some much harder. Take my advice and lose it and keep it off while you are young.

Am starting to weigh every day for a bit, just cos i got into a pattern where if i knew i had a 'weigh day' the next day, i would eat less just to kinda help out the scales. Almost cheating, but in reverse. So now i weigh everyday, so everyday has to be a good day. At least til i'm back on track. Here's the weights, didn't do dates as 8/7 or 7/8 cos it gets confusing with having UK and US people on here.
8th July - 9st 6/132 pounds
9th July - 9st 5/131 pounds
10th July -9st 4/130 pounds
11th July - Did not weigh
