Week 21 in review

All I can say is gaining 5 Lbs in one week is not fun. Maybe it would have been if I had really been eating alot. The only day I really did bad was sunday. I guess 2,000 calories may be a little to much. Who knows.

Dont feel too bad chip. I too gained basically 5LBS last week after my shocking weekend. Friday i couldnt get to the gym, and i had a cheat day. Then Sat and Sun was a cat show, so i ate bad food, and then went out to a restaurant sat night which topped things off. So 4 days of cheating and no excercise and i gained so much!! It just really upsets me because i had been so close to my goals. Its going to take ages to work it all back off again...

- LBN i hope your trip went well?
- kakutzi i see your numbers have dropped nicely after the weekend so glad to see its going great!
- troutman maybe it's just a bad week or water weight? i know how frustrating it can be when your eating right but the numbers still don't drop, hoping it's better this week.
- everyone else hope your journeys are going great.

I had decided for a 2 week period to only weigh once a week, the first week i had a nice drop, but the week after i weighed in at the exact same weight as the week before despite having eaten perfect and worked out super hard. I've decided weighing once a week is just not for me, so I'm back to weighing everyday so that i can keep updating my excel graph daily, i think it used to help keep my grounded so will continue as before. Oh and friday was my birthday so despite telling myself i wouldn't eat unhealthy for the first birthday in my life....after seeing the scale not budge that morning after a weeks hard work i ended up going on a birthday weekend binge, as always i piled on the pounds overnight so i don't even want to post those stats here....my clean slate begins from today.

It isn't easy to get off the last 2 pounds and keep them of. Some days it seems that i lost them but the next day i gain them back. I am really tired from this but i try to keep on diet. Should I decrease the calories more? Why i can't keep them off for ong time?
