Doctor Day

I did go to the doctor today for my callous. He took care of it. It feels so good I can't believe I have lived with this for approx. 130 days. He told me "do not run on it". So to celebrate, it not hurting I went out for a run. It felt so great. I think within a couple of weeks I will like exercise again.

Thanks for the welcome back guys. I missed yesterday...steer branding time. I ate way too much after. All that exercise increased my appetite I think. LOL..luckily my cake fell on the floor before I could get it to my mouth. I did manage to salvage the cherry on top though.

Back!! I've been at a yardsale all weekend and have been so busy. I just set up a volleyball net in my backyard and my boyfriend and I played about a half hour..That is a REALLY active sport I never realized!

Hey where can I get a scale that tells me the ounces lost? Mine only tells me half pounds and pounds. Ex: 120.0, 120.5, 130.0

Im not sure. Im in NZ so our scales are in KG's. Mine tells me to 0.2KG.
I convert it to pounds before i post. So thats why mine isnt so accurate...

Hello,

If your trying to lose weight I would avoid ice cream as much as you can. Just a suggestion, I think KEMPS makes a "Skinny Cow" ice cream sandwich that tastes pretty good but does not have near the punch in calories or fat than regular ice cream has. You can always do frozen yogurt as well.

The icecream may give you a temporary sugar buzz of energy but in the long run afterwards you will be more tired

Thanks i 'll try to avoid ice-creams, i really see that i gain weight with any kind of sweet deserts.
