Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

I also weigh myself first thing in the morning. Go to the bathroom, strip and weigh. It's the only way to get the most accurate result.

I have finished the week of writing down everything I ate & keeping track of the calories. It did make a difference. I was, without a doubt eating to much. I'm going to continue to count the calories.

was really happy with today's weigh in. 14 days ago i weighed in at my lowest of 316pounds, but after having increased my cals and increased/stagnated in weight for exactly two GRUELLING weeks, i've finally broken through the barrier and back down to 316pounds woohoo! now i finally feel like i'm no longer on the 'pause' button anymore and can continue onwards with my journey.

Dont know why i have been sticking on weight the last two days. I havent cheated with my eating, and have been excercising. It might be muscle gain as ive been doing weights more regularly. But it still sucks!

Congrats cherry on getting back down to 316. You deserve it with all the hard work you put in!
