Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

Sad day for me yesterday. Due to the last two weeks; being bad weigh ins, I now have to write down all of my calories every day This week. I hate to do it but most likely, the reason for the last two weeks is the amount I've been eating. Even though I would say I have been eating great. We'll see. I believe calories in calories out = the amount you gain or loss.

Don't be sad, you are being really positive and sensible by tracking things more, its a bugger when things don't go to plan but taking a closer look can work wonders. Its fab that you are doing that rather than seeing this as an excuse to do damage, brilliant in fact.

Littlebitnorth - I agree fab weight loss, Hi Dreaming hope you are ok.

Just got back from a 5 day break and normally eat like a pig and have little thought of eating out, etc etc etc. Camping so a great excuse to buy in and try and eat healthy. I am suffering from a trapped nerve right now and the pain got so bad (hence home early) and I clearly comfort eat the last two days so a bit annoyed with myself for doing that. Still learning though and moving on nicely.

I have gained 1.8 pounds but all in all my first week (or 5 days) up to going away was a great success so no complaints, just nicely getting on track as I get to the end of my 2nd week which started 31/5. Forgot to take scales so had to start 2nd week where I knew what my weight was.


WEEK 1 - 6.75lbs loss - ended 30/5/09 - 162lbs (5 days in total)

31/5/09-3/06/09 - HOLIDAY

4/6/09 - 163.8lbs.
 
Im back posting here again, but have been keeping track of what ive been doing. A quick update.. on 5/31 i increased my calories and my body took a while to adjust to it, with daily increases which really got me down. But i seem to be back on track now...

i made yesterday a treatday and was surprised i didn't gain weight overnight as i usually do so i'm glad about that.

otherwise i've also been in the same boat as kakutzi, late last week i increased my calorie intake and started piling on the pounds which was really getting me down, but it appears things have normalized now which is great. hope everyones doing good xoxo

okay, glad the scale went down a notch despite the fact that i didn't even manage to go to the gym yesterday, so at least i know in terms of cal intake i'm on the right track...i've now stabilized my calorie intake at 2000 for the past week and will keep it there.
