hope everyone else is doing great. chip i'm sure adding weights will help start things up again weightloss-wise, just this week i started on a new machine, the elliptical and i think it's helping things...here's hoping.

Went through a new weights program at the gym today. It took nearly 1 1/2hrs to get through and nearly killed me. Hopefully it should only take an hour when i go through it myself if i dare do it again LOL
