Although i am near my target weight i can't stay on my programme when i go out for lunch. It's really difficult to eat a little when you go out and everyone else eats. Fortunately i go out to eat one or two day a week but always i feel stressed because i can't really control what i am eating in a day out. Are there any suggestions for this matter?
Cherry, Hi, I think your right on with that. Even KFC is grilling chicken now. Yum! I've been dealing with the same stuff. I think it appears that I'm anti social because right now I know I can't take the temptation so I stay home. Yesterday was mothers day and I stayed home when all the other moms in the family went out. I felt a little sorry for myself but when I got up this morning and weighed and measured it made up for my self pitty yesterday.
